You will:

- Set strategy and advise executive teams and boards.

- Lead programmes with clear KPIs and rigorous measurement.

- Coach teams, safeguard standards and develop talent.

- Drive growth through account development and new business.

You bring:

- 7+ years’ experience; agency or government leadership is valued.

- Deep sector expertise in one or more of our focus industries.

- Credibility with senior stakeholders and strong communication skills.

- Excellent English; a Nordic language is an advantage.
